Youth Assistance

Our vision is a community where all Northville Youth feel valued and safe and have opportunities to be engaged and prepared for the future. In pursuit of this vision, the mission of Northville Youth Assistance is to support and encourage our youth, in partnership with their families, through mentoring, counseling, social support and community programs.

In the past year, more than 1,500 children and teens participated in NYA programs.

As a community-funded social service organization, NYA has implemented more than 26 years of successful resiliency-based prevention and intervention programming for the betterment of Northville’s youth and families. NYA is a key member of the community’s safety net for young people. An extensive network of volunteers enhances the program and provides additional support to our community’s youth.
