The Human Resource Department provides and oversees the areas of employment, examinations for employment and promotion, benefit administration, employee and labor relations, training and education, and payroll functions for the over 100 permanent full and part time employees.

Applications are only accepted when the Township has vacancies and has posted for the position. Any individual who wishes to be considered for a specific position will be required to fill out a Northville Township Application for Employment.

Northville Township full-time employees receive an excellent benefit package that includes health care, dental, vision and life insurance. The Township also offers retirement benefits and an option to enroll in a deferred compensation program that is pre-taxed for employees to save for retirement.
