Water Quality Report
This Water and Sewage Report contains our Consumer
Confidence Report, which outlines water testing results for 2007. We
are pleased to report that the tap water of Northville Township meets
or surpasses all federal and state standards for quality and safety.
In fact, the Detroit water system, from which Northville gets its
water, is ranked among the top ten water systems in the country for
quality and volume.
We will update this report annually and will keep you informed of
our water quality. Additional copies of this report are available at
the Department of Public Services. We invite public participation in
decisions that affect drinking water quality. To participate in these
discussions, please attend the Township Board Meeting held every third
Thursday of the month at the Township Hall.
For more information about your water or the contents of this
report, contact Northville Public Services at (248) 348-5820. For more
information about safe drinking water, visit the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency website.
