Master Plan
The Township’s current master plan was adopted in 1998 and amended
in 2002. The plan was prepared by Langworthy, Strader, LeBlanc &
Associates, the Township’s planning consultant. The master plan is a
blueprint for future development and redevelopment, a mechanism to
help ensure each decision fits as a part of the whole.
The primary theme of the master plan is to create a sustainable,
livable and diversified community. The plan includes a future land use
map as well as strategies for the physical development and appearance
of the community.
Copies of the master plan are available to view, or purchase, at
the Planning Department.
